If you have more than one child in a NYC DOE school, all students will be listed in your NYCSA account.
Every New York City public school student has a DOE account. It is created automatically when the child is first enrolled in school. The student DOE account stays the same the entire time the child is in school, from PreK-12 and with it they can access all DOE technology platforms.
Platforms include:
-
TeachHub,
-
Google for Education,
-
iLearnNYC,
-
Microsoft Office,
-
Zoom,
-
and more.
To begin, your teacher will give you your username and a password. Once you have these, you can start signing into DOE applications. Once it is set up, the student, guardian and school can all reset the password.
TeachHub is a portal to support students and teachers. The portal provides quick links to essential applications for remote learning, including:
-
Student report cards (available in the Student Documents icon)
-
Multiple educational applications
-
Library resources
-
G Suite, Microsoft O365, and Zoom (using secure central accounts)
-
And more!
